Bib Shorts & Tights
A lot affects the fit of bibs - including height, build, thigh, bottom and chest size. The fabrics also stretch a lot so you could wear more than 1 size but the best fit will depend on your height and build as well as your waist and chest. If you are under 5'10" the smaller of the size options is most likely going to fit the best. If you are 6'-6'3" the middle size option will probably be the best fit. If you are over 6'3" or VERY Chunky, the larger size is probably your best option.

Measure your bust, waist & hips.If you are between 2 sizes you have a couple of options, depending on your fit preference. If you don't want the garment to stretch at all, then go up a size, but this will be a looser fit elsewhere. Alternatively, pick the smaller size but this will have to stretch to accommodate your larger measurement. If you straddle 3 or more sizes, it's best to pick a size in the middle.

A lot affects the fit of Lycra bottoms including height, thigh, bottom and waist size. The fabrics also stretch a lot so you could wear more than 1 size but the best fit will depend on your height and build as well as your waist and hips. If you are between 2 sizes it's nearly always best to go down to the smaller size.If your waist is larger than your hips when compared to our chart, you can usually go down 1 size on the waist without a problem and you may look like Olivia Newton John in Greece - ooh ooh ooh honey!Sometimes people can go down 2 sizes but this isn't always comfy and can dig in depending on your shape.
