We totally get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or you change your mind. No stress. You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund or exchange. After that, we reserve the right to politely decline.

Try It On

We encourage you to try your gear on in cycling position and with cycling clothes. Your jersey could fit weird if you've popped it on with a pair of jeans, so best to try on the whole outfit! Just please don’t remove the tags until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping it.

Once the tags are off, we can’t accept it back. Any items that look like they've been used will not be accepted for returns. 

Timeframes to Remember

  • 14 days to request a refund or exchange

  • 28 days max to get it back to us

Use a Signed For Service

Please, use a tracked and signed for service when sending things back.
If your parcel pulls a disappearing act on the way back to us, we sadly can’t refund or exchange lost items. Choose the postal service your post office recommends based on the parcel’s value it’s worth it for peace of mind.

 How to Return

  1. Make sure your item is unworn/unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  2. Fill out the returns slip that came with your order and pop it in the parcel.

  3. Add our address to the parcel - We will update this space with an address of our PO Box once our first orders have been dispatched. 

  4. Post it back using a tracked service, and keep your receipt & tracking number just in case your parcel takes the scenic route.

Faulty Item?

If your item has been worn and something’s gone wrong (oops), drop us a line at with your order number, photos, and a few details. We’ll take a look and get it sorted.

Free Exchanges? Yes Please!

Got the wrong size? Not quite your colour? No worries — we offer FREE exchanges on all orders.

Just send your item back (following the returns steps above) and as long as it’s in original, unworn condition with the tags still on, we’ll send out your replacement at no extra postage cost to you.
