We want you to feel good in your kit. If something does not fit quite right, or you have changed your mind, no stress, we are here to help.
If you are unsure about sizing, please email us before returning your item. Most sizing issues can be solved with a quick chat with the sizing guru, and we can usually help you find the right fit.

Free Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on all orders, subject to size and style availability.
Because stock is limited, we recommend contacting us before sending your item back. Let us know which item and size you would like to exchange for, and we can reserve it while your original order is on its way back to us.
Once we receive your return, as long as the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and still has the tags attached, we will send your replacement at no extra postage cost to you.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 28 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund or exchange.
After 28 days, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.
Trying On Your Items
Please try your cycling kit on carefully before removing the tags.
We recommend trying items on in a cycling position and with the cycling clothing you would normally wear. For example, a jersey may feel different when worn with jeans compared with bib shorts.
Please do not remove the tags unless you are 100% sure you are keeping the item.
Items cannot be returned if:

The tags have been removed

The item has been worn or used

The item is marked, damaged, or not in its original condition
Any items that appear to have been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps:

Make sure the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and has the tags still attached.

Include the order slip that came with your parcel.

Mark clearly on the order slip whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

If you would like an exchange, include the item and size you would like instead.

Add our return address to the parcel. This is included on the packing slip with your order, if you have lost the packing slip then please send us an email.

Send the parcel back using a tracked postage service.

Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.
Use a Tracked Service
Please use a tracked service when returning your order.
If your parcel is lost on its way back to us, we sadly cannot refund or exchange the item. We recommend choosing the postal service advised by your Post Office based on the value of your parcel.
Using InPost Lockers or Other Locker Services
Some customers may wish to use InPost Lockers or another locker collection service to return their order.
Please note that locker parcels usually need to be collected within 3 days. If Cycle Wear Central is unable to collect the parcel within that time, the item may be returned to you.
If you need to use a locker service instead of Royal Mail, please contact us before sending your parcel. We can let you know whether someone will be available to collect it.
We cannot cover the cost of duplicate postage if a parcel is returned to you because it could not be collected from a locker in time.
