Christmas Returns Extension (1st–25th December)
Anything purchased between 1st December and 25th December can be returned or exchanged up until 14th January.
All other standard return conditions still apply (items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, etc).

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or you change your mind. No stress. Under our standard policy, you’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund or exchange. After that, we reserve the right to politely decline.
Try It On
We encourage you to try your gear on in cycling position and with cycling clothes. Your jersey could fit weird if you've popped it on with a pair of jeans, so best to try on the whole outfit! Just please don’t remove the tags until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping it.
Once the tags are off, we can’t accept it back. Any items that look like they've been used will not be accepted for returns.
Use a Signed For Service
Please use a tracked and signed-for service when sending things back.
If your parcel pulls a disappearing act on the way back to us, we sadly can’t refund or exchange lost items. Choose the postal service your post office recommends based on the parcel’s value — it’s worth it for peace of mind.
How to Return
- Make sure your item is unworn/unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Put the order slip that came with your parcel back in the package and mark on it if you want to return or exchange.
- Add our address to the parcel (included on the packing slip with your order).
- Post it back using a tracked service, and keep your receipt & tracking number just in case your parcel takes the scenic route.

Drop us a line with your order number, photos, and a few details. We’ll take a look.
Free Exchanges? Yes Please!
Got the wrong size? Not quite your colour? No worries — we offer FREE exchanges on all orders.
Just send your item back (following the returns steps above), and as long as it’s in original, unworn condition with the tags still on, we’ll send out your replacement at no extra postage cost to you.
We want you to feel good in your gear. So if your bibs feel more sausage casing than second skin, let’s get you the right fit.
