Getting the right fit depends on your shape—waist, hips, thighs, bum, height—all play a part. The fabric is super stretchy, so some people can wear more than one size comfortably.
- The pad should sit firmly against your undercarriage
- No loose or baggy fabric around thighs, bum or crotch
- If it’s flapping, it’s too big

Before you order, grab a tape measure and get your key stats
- Men: Measure your chest and belly at their widest points
- Women: Measure your bust, waist, and hips at their widest points

2. Pick your key measurement
- Men: If your belly is bigger than your chest, use your belly measurement
- Women: When it comes to bottoms, hip measurement is your most important one.
Between sizes? It's usually better to size down for bottoms. For tops, choose based on whether you prefer a snug or looser fit

Men: Under 5'10"? A smaller size may fit better. Over 6'4"? You may want to size up
Women: Under 5'6"? Consider sizing down. Over 6'3"? A larger size might be comfier
